Alkaline Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients: 

  • Cabbage, red, raw 3 cup(s), chopped 
  • Celery, raw 1/4 cup(s), diced 
  • Green Onions 1/4 cup(s), chopped 
  • Raw Carrots 1/4 cup(s), grated 
  • Tempeh 3 oz 

Instructions: 

Prepare tempeh according to directions. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with Asian salad dressing. Can also use grilled chicken in place of tempeh.
