Alkaline Bean Burrito

Ingredients: 

  • Cumin Seed (ground) 1 tbsp(s) Black Beans Cooked without salt 1 cup(s) 
  • Sprouted tortilla 2 1 tortilla 
  • Peppers, hot chili, green, raw 1/2 cup(s), chopped or diced 
  • Red Tomatoes 1/2 cup(s), chopped or sliced 
  • Onions, raw 1/2 cup(s), chopped 
  • Cilantro 2 sprigs 
  • Romaine Lettuce 2 1/4 inner leaf 

Instructions: 

Stir together beans, chilies, and cumin in medium bowl. Place lettuce over tortillas. Spoon 1/2 cup of bean mixture onto each tortilla and top with homemade salsa. Roll tortilla. Warm in toster oven or heat cold.
