Ingredients: 

  • Black Beans Cooked without salt 0.083 cup(s) 
  • Avocados, raw, California 1 fruit without skin and seeds 
  • Lemon juice, raw 1 tsp(s) 
  • Orange Juice 1/2 fl oz 
  • Cabbage, red, raw 1 cup(s), chopped 
  • Red Tomatoes 1/4 cup(s), chopped or sliced 
  • Lettuce, iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw 1 cup(s), shredded or chopped 
  • Peppers, sweet, red, raw 1/4 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
  • Pumpkin seeds 1/2 oz (85 seeds) 
  • Raisins, seedless 1 small box (1.5 oz) 

Instructions: 

In a bowl mix together the mashed avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, lime juice and orange juice. Next add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve!
