Alkaline Coconut Quinoa (w/ Cinnamon & Apple)

Ingredients: 

  • Quinoa, uncooked 1/2 cup(s) 
  • Stevia powder 1/2 tsp 
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp(s) 
  • Raw Apples 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) 
  • Seeds, flaxseed 1 tbsp(s) 
  • Extra Virgin 1 tsp(s) 

Instructions: 

Cook quinoa according to directions. While still hot, add stevia, cinnamon, coconut oil and flax seeds. Top with apple slices. Sprinkle more cinnamon on apples if 
desired. 

Tip: 

Feel free to use another alkaline fruit in place of apples.
