Ingredients: 

  • Sprouted whole wheat English Muffin 1 muffin 
  • Hummus, home prepared 1.08 tbsp(s) 
  • Red Tomatoes 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) 
  • Spinach, raw 1/4 cup(s) 
  • Cucumber, with peel, raw 1/2 oz 

Instructions: 

Add spread to English muffin. Next add your leafy greens, avocado, then your tomato slices. Add sea salt and pepper to the tomatoes and voila! 

Tip: 

Feel free to add whatever other alkaline vegetables you desire! Try using other dark leafy greens in place of spinach.
