Alkaline Frozen Yogurt (no lactose)

Ingredients: 

  • Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 1 cup(s), thawed 
  • Avocados, raw, California 1/2 fruit without skin and seeds 
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp(s) 
  • Himalayan Salt 1/4 tsp 
  • Stevia powder 1/4 tsp 
  • almond milk unsweetened 1/4 cup 

Instructions: 

Place about 1/4 cup water or almond milk into a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy. Add more liquid as needed. 

Tip: 

Can also use organic raw agave or coconut sugar instead of stevia.
