Alkaline Coconut Quinoa (w/ Cinnamon & Apple)

Ingredients: 

  • Raw Carrots 1/4 cup(s), grated 
  • Cucumber, with peel, raw 1/4 cucumber (8-1/4") 
  • Quinoa, cooked 1/4 cup 
  • Green Bell Pepper 1/2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) 
  • Alfalfa seeds, sprouted, raw 1/4 cup(s) 
  • Lettuce, iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw 2 leaf, large 
  • Hummus, home prepared 1/3 cup(s) 

Instructions: 

Spread hummus on Lettuce Leaf. Add quinoa followed by the rest of the ingredients. Fold your wrap and eat away! 

Tip: 

Quinoa can also be replaced with chicken, brown rice or beans. Kale leaves may also be used instead of Iceberg Lettuce leaves.
