Alkaline Mediterranean Spinach Salad

Ingredients: 

  • Spinach, raw 2 cup(s) 
  • Olive Oil, extra virgin 2 tbsp(s) 
  • Lemon juice, raw 1 fl oz 
  • Cayenne Pepper 1/2 tsp(s) 
  • Garlic, raw 2 clove(s) (minced) 
  • Green Olives 5 olive 
  • Nuts, pine nuts, dried 1/4 cup(s) 
  • Tomatoes, sun-dried 1/4 cup(s) 

Instructions: 

In a medium sized salad bowl put olive oil, lemon, salt, garlic, and cayenne. Mix. Add spinach and parsley; toss until coated with dressing. Mix in pine nuts. Top with olives and tomatoes. Serve and enjoy
