Alkaline Pasta a lo perfect pesto

Ingredients: 

  • Buckwheat noodles 1/2 cup(s) 
  • Spinach, raw 1 cup(s) 
  • Kale, raw 1 cup(s), chopped 
  • Garlic, raw 2 clove(s) (minced) 
  • Broccoli, raw 1/2 cup(s), chopped 
  • Cauliflower, raw 1/2 cup(s) 
  • Spices, rosemary, dried 1 tsp(s) 
  • Olive Oil, extra virgin 3 tbsp(s) 
  • Nuts, pine nuts, dried 3 tbsp(s) 
  • Basil, fresh 5 leaves 

Instructions: 

Cook noodles according to instructions. In a blender put broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, pine nuts, garlic, basil, rosemary and olive oil. Blend well. Pour over pasta and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed on spinach and kale. Enjoy each mouth-watering bite. 

Tip: 

Can also use soba noodles, rice noodles or sprouted noodles. If on a gluten free diet, be sure the noodles are gluten free.
