Alkaline Pizza Supreme

  • This recipe makes 4 servings. 
  • 1 Serving = 1/2 pizza. 


  • Sprouted Pita 2 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) 
  • Green Olives 6 olive 
  • Red Onions 1 onion 
  • Tomatoes, sun-dried 4 piece 
  • Basil, fresh 6 leaves 
  • Fresh Thyme 1 tbsp(s) 
  • Rosemary, fresh 1 tbsp(s) 
  • Garlic, raw 4 clove(s) (minced) 
  • Olive Oil, extra virgin 4 tbsp(s) 
  • Mushrooms, shiitake, raw 4 piece whole 
  • Cheese, goat, soft type 1 oz 
  • Spinach, raw 1/4 cup(s) 
  • Coconut sugar, Organic 1/2 TBSP 


In a wok or frying pan lined with olive oil, sautŽ the garlic, onions and mushrooms until brown. Now remove from heat, but while the wok is still hot, add the agave, sundried tomatoes and mix well. Last heat the spinach. On your pitas place the sweetened onion, garlic, sundried tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and top with salt and pepper. Next add the sliced olives and sprinkle all the herbs on top. Drizzle the top of the pizza with the remaining olive oil. Add the goat cheese. Put in the toaster oven for 5 minutes to warm (or simply eat cold). 


Vegetarians can omit the goat cheese or use nutritional yeast or vegetarian cheese.
