Alkaline Scrambled Eggs (w/ mushroom, onion, spinach, basil and tomato)

Ingredients: 

  • Organic Egg 2 large egg(s) 
  • Spinach, raw 1/2 cup(s) 
  • Mushrooms, white, raw 1/4 cup(s), pieces or slices 
  • Onions, raw 1/4 cup(s), chopped 
  • Basil, fresh 1/2 tbsp(s) 
  • Red Tomatoes 1/4 cup(s) cherry tomatoes 
  • Himalayan Salt 1/4 tsp 
  • Oil, avocado 1 tsp(s) 

Instructions: 

Remove yolk from eggs and whisk the egg whites. Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces. Coat frying pan with avocado oil. Add the onion, cook for a minute, than add the mushrooms, spinach, basil, tomato and eggs. Continue to cook and scramble. Add sea salt to taste. Great way to start the day! 

Tip: 

Look fore Free Range, USDA certified organic eggs. You can an also use egg subsitute in place of eggs.
