Alkaline Spicy Garlic Baked Yams


  • This recipe makes 4 cups.

Ingredients: 

  • Yam, raw 4 Cup(s), cubes  
  • Olive Oil, extra virgin 1/4 cup(s)  
  • Cayenne Pepper 
  • Garlic, raw 1 tsp  
  • Himalayan Salt 1 tsp  
  • 3 clove(s) (minced) 

Instructions: 

Cut yams into cubes. Shake all the ingredients together into in a Ziploc bag. Then bake for 30 min at approx 350F. DonÕt forget to flip during half time. Cook until golden brown. 

Tip: 

Use herbs of choice.
