Alkaline Strawberry Jam

  • Strawberries, raw 2 cup(s), halves 
  • Coconut sugar, Organic 1 TBSP 


To make the jam: Clean strawberries and remove the stalk. Mash strawberries with a potato masher. Be careful not to squirt yourself with strawberry juice. You can also use a blender. Add mashed strawberries and stevia to a small saucepan and heat until strawberries begin to bubble. Let cool. Apply warm or cold jam to toast (You can also eat this jam raw by avoiding the heating step). Refrigerate left over jam to use again. 


You can use any type of berries or combination of berries to make your favorite jam.
