  • Alfalfa seeds, sprouted, raw 1/4 cup(s) 
  • Red Onions 1/4 onion 
  • Red Tomatoes 2 slice, thin/small 

Instructions: 

Spread hummus inside pita. Stuff with all the remaining ingredients and there you have it. Yum!
