Alkaline Sweet Divine Sesame Almond Noodles

Ingredients: 

  • Soba Noodle, Dry 2 serving (2 oz) Peppers, sweet, red, raw 1/2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) 
  • Green Bell Pepper 1/2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) 
  • Onions, raw 1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) 
  • Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried 1 tbsp(s) 
  • Sesame butter, tahini 1 tsp(s) 
  • Mung beans, mature seeds, sprouted, raw 1/4 cup(s) 
  • Peas, Snow 1/4 cup(s), chopped (3.5 oz per cup)
  • Soy Sauce (wheat free) 1 tbsp(s) 
  • Nuts, almond butter, plain, without salt added 1 1/2 tbsp(s) 
  • almond milk unsweetened 1 1/4 cup 

Instructions: 

Cook noodles according to directions. Once drained, put back in warm pot and add the almond milk, almond butter, tahini, tamari, sesame seeds and salt mixing well. SautŽ the peppers, snow peas, onions, sprouts and kale with olive oil in a skillet until tender. Mix with the noodles and serve.
