Alkaline Swiss Muesli

Ingredients: 

  • Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams protein per 8 ounce 1/2 cup(s) 
  • Oats, reg/quick/inst, dry 1/2 oz 
  • Raw Apples 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) 
  • Bananas, raw 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) 
  • Lemon juice, raw 1 tbsp(s) 
  • Raisins, seedless 1/4 cup(s), packed 
  • Coconut sugar, Organic 1 TBSP 
  • Pumpkin seeds 1/2 oz (85 seeds) 

Instructions: 

In a large bowl combine the oats and yogurt. Grate the apple and add. Add lemon juice. Mix immediately. Slice banana and add. Add raisins and sugar. Mix.
