Alkaline Very Green Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • Alkaline Water or filtered water 2 cup 
  • Coconut Water 1/4 cup(s) 
  • Mung beans, mature seeds, sprouted, raw 1 cup(s) 
  • Kale, raw 2 cup(s), chopped 
  • Collards, raw 2 cup(s), chopped 
  • Dandelion greens, raw 1 cup(s), chopped 
  • Bananas, raw 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) 
  • Strawberries, raw 3 large (1-3/8" dia) 

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy. If you like your drink cold you can add icecubes. If you prefer it sweeter, add a tsp of stevia. 

Tip: 

You can use any sprouts you desire. You can use frozen fruit if you prefer to make the drink cold. Otherwise, use icecubes.
