Alkaline Vibrant Veggie Pizza

Ingredients: 

  • Cheese, mozzarella, part skim milk, low moisture 6 oz 
  • Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp(s) 
  • Italian Seasoning 1 tsp(s) 
  • Olive Oil, extra virgin 1 2/3 tbsp(s) 
  • Onions, raw 1/4 medium (2-1/2" dia) 
  • Green Bell Pepper 1/4 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) 
  • Spinach, raw 1/4 cup(s) 
  • Peppers, sweet, red, raw 1/4 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) 
  • Tomatoes 1/2 small whole (2-2/5" dia) 
  • Peppers, sweet, yellow, raw 1/4 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) 
  • Sprouted Pita 1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) 

Instructions: 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F). Spread olive oil on the pita breadt with brush. In a skillet, mix all veggies (except spinach), seasonings and remaining olive oil. Cook on medium heat until tender. Add spinach at the end and cook until spinach barely wilts (about 2 min). 

Layer pizza by placing thinly sliced mozzarella on crust. Then spoon the veggies (1 inch from sides) on top of cheese. Bake for about 10 min. or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted. Check the bottom to be sure the crust is baked completely. Let cool and serve 

Tip: 

If you are a vegetarian, use veggie cheese or skip cheese.
